There are 1,095 active single family detached home for sale listings in the city of Marietta- 50 priced up to $100,000- 228 priced from $101,000-$200,000- 259 priced from $201,000-$300,000- 197 priced from $301,000-$400,000- 91 priced from $401,000-$500,000- the remaining homes for sale in Marietta are priced from $501,000 and higher.

There are 857 active single family detached home for sale listings in the city of Marietta-46 priced up to $100,000-194 priced from $101,000-$200,000-211 priced from $201,000-$300,000-155 priced from $301,000-$400,000-63 priced from $401,000-$500,000- the remaining homes for sale in Marietta are priced from $501,000 and higher.
